Coach E. is a graduate of West Point, and a former Army Infantry Officer. He has coached for over 14 years at all levels from youngsters all the way up to HS level athletes with success at every level.  He started his AAU coaching with the Fairfax Stars for 2 years later moving over to NoVA94.  After seeing how those organizations operated, he decided to create the DMV Bombers Basketball Program with the intent that everything the organization does is not self-serving to the organization but rather a total focus on the development and betterment of 

its players.

His basketball philosophy is simple:
